Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide.
Shipping rates
- United States: free tracked shipping on every order.
- Rest of the world: $9.95 tracked shipping.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each Sudly hammock ships directly from our fulfillment partner.
- United States: estimated delivery is 19–25 business days (about 4–5 weeks) after you place your order.
- Rest of the world: delivery time depends on your country and is usually longer than to the US.
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can happen during holidays, bad weather or customs checks.
Kits arrive in separate packages
The Calm Bath Kit and the Complete Kit ship from more than one warehouse. The accessories usually arrive first, and the hammock follows in its own package. You'll get tracking for each package.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also follow it on our Track your order page. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after it's created.
Customs and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, email us at Seasonova58@gmail.com and we'll help you. If a package is lost, we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us before your order ships.
